Vic Pitambar obtained his Paralegal Diploma from Westervelt College in 2014 where he graduated with honours and was the recipient of the Award of Excellence from the Faculty of Law. He obtained his Paralegal licence from the Law Society of Ontario in 2014. After graduating he interned at LL Smith Legal Services for 2 years and also clerked at Reagan Humphrey Law Office. In these roles he fulfilled many functions such as process serving, client intake interviews/needs analysis, preparing statements of claim, defences and affidavits, process serving, document preparation and many other legal administration activities. Vic formed Hey Legal Services Professional Corporation in 2015 to provide legal services in the Southwestern Ontario area.

Vic is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist CITRMS®XV. This certification, in addition to being a licenced paralegal has equipped him with the skills to provide assistance and guidance to customers in helping proactively mitigate identity theft. In the event of a customer being a victim of identity theft, Vic provides expert assistance in resolving and remediating the issue.

Since 2016 Vic has been an instructor in the Paralegal program at triOS College in London, Ontario and in 2019 Vic was appointed the Head of Faculty of the Paralegal program. He works closely with students as an advisor, providing guidance, mentoring and assistance in developing their skills to become paralegals in addition to developing materials and curriculum for the program.

Prior to becoming a paralegal, Vic worked for 12 years at Rogers Wireless as a Sales Manager where he handled all aspects of store management, earning achievement for sales and client service. His experience at Rogers equipped him with not only a strong understanding of business dynamics but also the importance of being client focused. His client driven approach honed while at Rogers is a matter of pride for Vic and is evident in all his interactions in his paralegal practice.

Vic provides a high level of care and attention to all clients, ensuring an in-depth review and analysis is conducted and acts as a strong advocate to resolve any matter with the best possible outcome. He carefully and empathetically guides and assists his clients through the process taking the time to ensure all aspects are understood. This mindful approach represents Vic’s passion for providing the best possible client experience.
